Polycultural Immigrant and Community Services P.I.C.S is a not-for-profit charitable organization. We have delivered services to GTA Newcomes for over 40 years. We have two locations in Scarborough; one in Downtown Toronto; two in Etobicoke and one in Mississauga. Our No Charge programs include LINC LANGUAGE CLASSES; childminding for LINC students; Settlement services and conversation classes.
